   Inquiries
A number of questions must be answered when evaluating a bending, coiling or welding project. A work sheet for the information required is provided below.

Detailed on their respective web pages are some common styles of bends and coils that we manufacture.

We can furnish your fabrication requirements in any quantity - according to drawings or other specifications.

We will be pleased to quote price and delivery for labor only fabrication, as well as labor and material

Inquires are welcomed by phone or mail.

Business hours are typically from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm est, Monday through Friday.

For large projects our engineering staff is available for travel to your site for inspection and evaluation.



   Inquiry Work Sheet
General: for your
office use
1. The size of the tubing or pipe (O.D. or I.P.S.)
2. The wall thickness (Decimal or B.W.G.)
3. The type of metal desired, the proper alloy and the specification required.
4. Whether the tubing or pipe is of seamless or welded construction.

Bends:
1. How many items are required?
2. The angle of the bend in degrees.
3. The radius of the bend measured to the centerline of the pipe or tube.
4. The tangent length at either end of the bend.
5. Are more than one bend adjoined? If so, are they both on the same plane? Is there a straight section between the bends?
6. Is there a restriction as to the ovality of the pipe in the bend area?

Coils:
1. The quantity of coils required.
2. The style of the coil.
3. The diameter of the coil mesured to the centerline of the pipe.
4. The number of turns.
5. The pitch between the turns.
6. The positioning of the ends plus whether threaded, beveled, plain or flanged.
7. Details and type of metal for supporting the coil.
